As one of the experienced gourmet coffee shops in Hong Kong, Uncle Russ Coffee has more than 20 years history of providing customers with best-quality coffee beverages. As coffee culture continued to grow and became a trend in recent years, we see an increasing demand for something more than just buying a cup of fast coffee.

To contribute more on top of our retail chains to the local coffee industry, the Academy seeks to extend the brand from maturity to an education ground for the public to explore more about coffee.

In order to entertain the needs of a diversified customer group, we provide a trilingual platform with certifed trainers who could meet the needs of different kinds of students. Class would be arranged according to the language preference of enrollees – Cantonese, English or Mandarin.
